Just a short drive up in the Sierra Norte mountain range to a beautiful look out point overseeing the Central Valley of Oaxaca. Here is a trout farm with 10 pools containing trout of various sizes. Pick your own trout then select how you would like it to be prepared. While waiting for your lunch, walk out onto the terrace and marvel at the beautiful hills, mountains and valley. Watch the twisty road below as cars and trucks make their way through the mountain slopes below. Relax after lunch with a drink and conversation. We will be back into the city by 3:00 PM.
